Great and timely posting!  Most of us ended up replacing or upgrading something at Christmas, so what to do with that old stuff?

Have you ever used Metro Vancouver&#039;s reuse/recycling database http://bit.ly/i09bna?  We&#039;ve tried to emphasize reuse so if someone else could possibly use the stuff you don&#039;t want/need anymore, here&#039;s a tool to identify donation opportunities.  We&#039;ve also just added links where people can sell or give their stuff away.

However, I recently find my teenage son growing more distant from the family.  We want to get reconnected with him again.  We used to have great times hiking as a family when they were younger.  We should start again!  Yes, we&#039;re fortunate to live in B.C. with so many beautiful trails and mountains.]]></description>
